Not everyone is an experienced spa-goer, so here are some "pointers" for you. I want you to have an amazing experience when you come in, so hopefully this will eliminate any miscommunication or anxieties about spa practices.

Policies:

Customer Service:  My only goal is to exceed your expectations.  In order for us to take your spa-la-land experience to the next level & make it heavenly please ALWAYS tell me your preferences.  (room temperature, music, room scent, available beverages, payment options, modification of service,  sampling of products & other services, customization of service).  Simply put, I promise to always give you my very best.

Referral program:  If I were a betting woman, I'd put my $$$ on it that you're going to love your experience with me!  If you want to spread the joy of looking and feeling great with yours truly and refer my services to others, then I'm happy to reward you with discounts, free products or gift certificates.  Please call me & ask what rewards programs I offer for referring my services.

Cancellation Credit Card Policy:  I require a credit card to hold your allotted appointment, especially for any initial Diva lash application appointments.  If you need to cancel your appointment with me all I ask is 48 hours notice, as any professional providing service typically requires.  ***ALL first time Diva lash clients MUST secure lash appointment with a credit card. Standard 48 hour cancellation policy upheld otherwise, $50 "No show" fee applied 

Product Returns:  If you're not happy with your product, please return the item within 7 days of purchase & you can exchange it for another product of equal value.  Make-up and jewelry items are NOT refundable, exchanges only.

Booking appointments:   Please do your best to book your appt. with me one week PRIOR, to ensure I can get you all Diva'd up.  *STANDING LASH APPOINTMENTS RECEIVE $10 OFF.  I'll ALWAYS try to accommodate you, but the sooner you book your appointment, the better chances of getting what you need.  .

Phone Texts:  It's now common practice to text inquiring for an appointment & such.  No problem, as I'll text you reminders, ask how lashes are wearing, tan is staying etc, too, but ABSOLUTELY no "texting" a cancellation within minutes of your appointment will be tolerated.  Be the Diva, and be RESPECTFUL of my time.  Please phone me, if necessary, leave a detailed voicemail. 

Lash appointments:  It's absolutely essential you arrive wearing NO MAKE-UP and lashes are squeaky clean.  If you arrive with make-up on to your lash appointment please know it's an additional $15 to give a "lash shampoo".

Cell phone usuage:  Also, please understand that using your phone is NOT permitted during lash appointments.  Talking on the phone slows me down from making you the Diva.  Please NO CELL PHONE USE at all during Diva lashing.  If you need to break from lashing to use your phone NO problem, just ask!

~ I ask that you please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment, especially for massage as I like to give full table time.  If you're going to be late, please call, and if I can I'm happy to accommodate you & most often you can still enjoy the full benefit of my service so long as I'm not fully booked that day.  ***Arriving late may cut into your lash fill time, so please arrive on time to receive as much lash love as I can dole out on you!

~ Your clothes and possessions are safe in my Diva Den, however, neither Sachi Salon nor I can be held responsible for personal items. 

~ Be the Diva.  Turn off  that cell phone!  Let them wonder what you're up to.

~ The Diva Den is spacious enough to accommodate 2 people.  That's YOU, the Diva, and me, self appointed concierge to the Diva.  Please make arrangements for children & friends in Sachi Salon & Spa's relaxation room equipped with wall sized T.V., and big comfy sofas.  LOLA Boutique selling fashionable & affordable accessories & Sachi Java Bar serving lunch is also available to ALL guests.
